Warndu Mai (Good Food) contains information about seasonal availability, hints, tips and over 80 illustrated and accessible recipes showcasing Australian native foods, using ingredients such as Kakadu plum, native currants, finger lime and pepperberry to create unique dishes and treats - from wattleseed brownies, emu egg sponge cake and bunya nut pesto to native berry, cherry and lime cordial, strawberry gum pavlova and kangaroo carpaccio. It's a must-have for every kitchen

We blend our teas to order and often run out of the small batches of ingredients you have ordered so sometimes it takes us a little while to dry, roast or grind. We aim to send all orders within ten days of receiving them.

◎ We send by tracked standard Australia Post

◎ Free delivery over $100 when you enter FreeShip at checkout

◎ Delivery cost is by weight i.e.

◦ $2.20 for light non bulky items like tea or a spice
◦ $12 for a book
◦ Up to $25 for a larger order

◎ Due to our hand blending and keeping products as fresh as possible, items may take 7-10 days to prepare, and then send from the Clare Valley.  There has been delays due to border closures.  We generally send items on Tuesdays. 

International

◎ We ship to NZ and the USA, and accept payments in those currencies. 

◎ We send standard postage with Australia post prices range from $28 AUD - $100 AUD with a maximum of 5 kilos. 

◎ We add more countries based on demand so please do sign up to our newsletter in the footer.

◎ Due to the new VAT collection changes as a result of Brexit we can no longer offer shipping to the UK.

This is a perfectly laid out cookbook with beautiful images and lovely stories. The recipes have been put together with care and offer real variety, and the flavour profiles are explained in easy to understand terms. I am looking forward to being able to use the ingredients and recipes with my students to encourage their connection to the land and their country. Such a valuable resource!
