At Warndu, we use our country's native herbs, plants, nuts, seeds and proteins to create meaningful meals that are local and seasonal, in the true sense of the words. 

Join us for a delicious night where we will champion native Australian ingredients throughout a three course meal, with a focus on our signature broth range for main course. This is a fantastic opportunity to try a variety of different ingredients that you may have never tasted before.

To start
Shared native grazing plates including our Native Thyme Olive Oil and Wattleseed Balsamic, fresh sourdough, marinated olives, local butter and the release of an exciting new Warndu product we've been working on.

Main - Your choice of three Warndu Broths
1 - Signature Roo Broth with bush tomato kangaroo meatballs
2 - Barramundi Broth with spiced barramundi pieces
3 - Native Greens Broth with roasted winter veg
All broths served with noodles and an array of native greens, herbs and citrus to build you own 'Aussie Pho'

Davidson plum and dark chocolate tart served with wattleseed and vanilla cream

Bookings are essential, no walk-ins. 
There will be two seatings for our pop-up restaurant: 
First seating: 6:00pm
Second seating: 8:30pm

Tickets are $50 per person, and available via EventBrite
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
