Made using Organic Macadamia nuts from Byron Bay, filtered water and a touch of Murray River Sea Salt, this is a fantastic alternative to dairy and other nut milks. We have kept the integrity of the Native Macadamia by not over filtering the milk so you can actually taste the nuts. Like all nut milks, this can smell a little weird once opened, just give it a good shake and stick to the shelf life. Macadamias are a great source of vitamin A, iron, protein (two grams per serving), thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. They also contain small amounts of selenium (an antioxidant), calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.
