Australian Strawberry Gum

Our favourite Australian Native (Indigenous) ingredient of them all - Strawberry Gum (Eucalyptus olida) is picked in the Pink Gully, NSW and ground fresh for you.

Strawberry gum is an antibiotic and powerful anti-microbial leaf with amazing protecting powers of your micro flora that lives in your gut. The perfect everyday probiotic for your daily good gut health.

This is not just perfect in tea, but an incredible addition to all of your deserts. The leaves have a strawberry and cream aroma and show up beautifully in an array of cooking styles.

Strawberry gum is a great flavour enhancer and, where it doesn’t add its own distinctive flavour, it ties other flavours together and makes them more distinct. Perfect for curries, mustard, vinaigrettes, preserves and chutneys, fruit cakes or anywhere rich fruit flavours are being combined.

A medium-size tree which grows in the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, this beauty has many health benefits, including antioxidant, anti fungal and antibiotic properties. It has also been shown to help balance microflora of the gut.
