If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.
If for some reason you don't receive your parcel, please track your order here → using the tracking number provided to you. Should any delivery issues arise please contact Australia Post for further information.
We are not responsible for Australia Post delivery issues. Failed deliveries that require reshipping are at the expense of the customer.
