Red Centre Lime

Australian Blood lime is a new form of citrus – a hybrid between an acid mandarin and our native finger lime from the rainforests of New South Wales and Queensland. Bred by the CSIRO and named Australian Red Centre, the blood lime is a high-class, uniquely Australian First Nations Food.

It is a fabulous and a wonderful addition to your cooking. Grill in halves on the barbecue and use as a garnish.

Use in absolutely everything you would use citrus in. You can also blitz the chip into a fine powder. Keep stored in an airtight container away from direct sunlight to preserve flavour and colour.

Available in:

Powdered: Perfect for baking and cooking but best used uncooked to maintain its benefits.  Best in a smoothie, juice or sprinkled on cereals and yoghurt.

Chips: Perfect as Garnish for cocktails or added to cooking - anywhere you would use preserved lemons and of course your favourite Gin and Tonic.

Both products come in a resealable 50g bag - please note the chips will have some crushing during transport. The powder is still great over cocktails.
